Its been almost 2 years ago when Apple announced the iPhone 2G and took the smartphone market by the storm (no pun intended). The original iPhone yet very limited compared to its competition had one thing that all the others didn't have... The "fun" factor! Two years later and numerous other "iPhone Killer" phones have been released such as the Blackberry Storm and Samsung Instinct still haven't even come close to the iPhone. On June 6, 2009 Palm Computing who originally was founded in 1996 stepped up to the plate 13 years later delivering a new experience that we haven't seen in 2 years!
This review will be an ongoing review on my daily usage of the Palm Pre. We are the only site I know that has 3 editors who have the Pre and are using it as their dedicated device. I purposely delayed starting this review because of the influx of unboxings and rushed reviews popping out there. I hope to deliver a different view than what you have read so far..
