SK Tools - NOT for Beginners

I received an email from PocketGear today for a special on SK Tools. So I ordered it and installed it.

First I did a IPAQ Backup. Next I did some basics, general cleaning, deleted temp files, cleaned registry, etc....

I am a novice and I think it would be easy for me to screw up some registry entries/value settings or even duplicate files that might be needed, etc.....

Can someone give me some "SK Tools for Dummies" 101 instructions on what not to keep and what can be cleaned out.

Maybe this is too general of a question. Maybe SK Tools is NOT for Beginners.

Can all the INVALID REGISTRY ENTRIES and VALUES be deleted?

When you find DUPLICATE FILES - do you just delete one of each and leave one of them there - or delete both listed?

If you've stayed with me so far I appreciate it. Probably boring you to death with this but any help would be appreciated. Couldn't find much support on the SK Website.

Thanks

The first rule of registry editing is to always have a backup!!

I have done limited editing and find it confusing at times. Generally, the editing I do is basic but I always backup before try anything.

There is a support forum that you might find useful (http://www.s-k-tools.com/fp/).
