I just want to post my thanks to the guys at POCKETPCTECHS, not sure if you are supposed to do this but what the hell..
These guys upgraded the memory on my 4700 some 2 years ago and I still believe it was a great investment, not cheap but this great little ipaq has never faulted in all the time I have owned it. That was until recently, it became apparent that the charging/active sync connector was failing and I was charging batteries on a stand alone device. This was a major inconvenience and I started to look around for a new replacement, I not convinced e whether there a suitable replacement, any ideas?

Cut to the chase. I bit the bullet and sent it to the States to the guys at Pocket PC Techs. Only people who would look at it. In all about 10 days from leaving to its return, polished like new and fully functional. Thank you PocketPcTEchs.
