Shared Key - Wifi doesn't take

I have a 6315 with the new hacked rom loaded. I tried going into the wifi setup and selecting shared auth, data encryption WEP, uncheck the automatic key provided, enter the key and then hit okay.

If I immediately go back into the settings, it's back to Open, WEP, Key provided.

How do I get it to save my WEP Key?

Thanks

For those that come into this in the future.

I got it working. The problem is that the IPAQ doesn't save the settings if the network connection doesn't have a name. The reason mine didn't have a name is because we don't broadcast our SPID. So instead of having it find the network called "", and then modifying the settings, I made a new one, specified the name, set the key/shared and it saved the settings at that point.

Is it a network that you couldnt access with the original ROM due to the "shared" WiFi access bug ?

In other words, did the new ROM fix this bug ?

Thanks in advance.

I do have the new rom, but I was able to access this network prior to the rom I believe. It was mainly an issue with broadcasting the name of the network.
