If we were really on the ball, when I posted this news item: (http://davesipaq.com/news/004827/hp_ipaq_windows_mobile_5), we should have noticed that the only processor that was mentioned was the Intel PXA270 624-megahertz processor in the second to last paragraph....hmmm.

Thanks David if you read Ed's article I think he agrees with your direction. Fabulous work!

Observation - One major contrast between the older Intel® PXA263 and the newer Intel® PXA270 is the support of Direct3D Mobile. The Intel® PXA263 lacks this feature...
Windows CE 5.0 adds Direct3D Mobile

So the HTC BlueAngel that had WM 5.0 which leaked on XDA Developers with a PXA263 processor is just a dream? The new Pocket PC's will have the latest PXA processor, but i guess the question is, will "old" processors(like 263) devices have WM 5.0?
Just check the picture in http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=18584&sid=8deb5bcb56cc67fdaf2dede002ef8dc8 and check for yourself if a 263 processor is capable or not to have WM 5.0

I've been asking this all over the place, and everyone seems to think I'm crazy.
THANK YOU DAVID!
