"SP3 of the .NET CF" is the framework required by the application; it can be downloaded from Microsoft at:

Laura, I would also encourage you to download the version that I posted this evening. This build addresses a defect that surfaces when the Podcast directory can not be fetched from the hosting web server. Now, I am thinking this was the problem you were seeing, and it is now resolved.

"SP3 of the .NET CF "

What is this ????????
Hi Laura,

One of our users experienced issues on startup (HP4700) and after installing SP3 of the .NET CF was up and running. If you have a few minutes, that may help out.

By the way, the "Could not find resource assembly" error message is related to the fact that the assembly containing the exception error string is not on device (apparently due to size constraints). The message has nothing to do with the real exception. The assembly gets deployed in my debug environment, so I was not aware of these bogus messages. I will need to do a better job of rendering messages when an exception is caught.

Let me know how it goes.

So I downloaded it to my IPAQ. I tried first to install it in IPAQ FILE STORE, then in Main Memory. Each time I ran it, I got error message "smartfeed failed to load : Could not find resource assembly"
Also btw this also works for PocketPC!!
