GAME: What is the difference in these two stories?

I usually don't rant on this site but I thought I would get some feedback and see if you can tell what I am pointing out. On July 3rd I posted a nice tidbit about the i-730. Now I see this posted on Engadget. This isn't the first time in the past few months this has happened so I thought this post would be appropriate.

now they banned the other e-mail address i've been using. pricks.
Well I cleared things up with Jason Calacanis the owner of Weblogs Inc.. He seems very understanding and hopefully when he is in NJ he would ping me so we can go out to get a drink. Whew.... I hate wars.. Cant we just all get along? lol
They probably actually got it from the guy they said it was from, but I wouldn't put it past them to grab and run with someone elses content.
Wouldn't be the first proven time.

I pointed this article out to them by saying, in a different forum, "you guys should site your sources better. Gadgetmadness.com is a little pissed. This story was on gizmodo hours ago." so they banned my e-mail from the comments. Pricks. I still read it alot though.
Engadget is like a catfish, always on the bottom feeding
Engadget pulls this kind of thing all the time, then crys "unfair" if you accuse them of it.

Just looked again and noted the below comment. None of the comments prior to this one seemed to be trolling unless they were deleted when this comment was posted.

I'm closing comments. We have some trolls who can't seem to understand the simple fact that people who create these tips and tricks often send their info to multiple sites.
Possibly geek but this has happened a few times. I actually have the person's email address who sent this to me on the 3rd of July.
I don't read everything on Engadget, but it looked to me as they were posting something "Bobby E" sent them. Is it possible this person, assuming they are real and not an Engadget individual, copy/pasted the results which worked for him and sent it along to Engadget as his own?

It's just how I interpreted what is on Engadget's site.
Looks like en-rip-off can't find any original content. Well at least they know where to come for quality factual information.
Wow that is an identical story! Shame on you engadget.
