Handango Champion Award Finalists; Champion Awards Recognize Outstanding Software Development


HURST, Texas, May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Handango, the leading provider of mobile downloads, announced the finalists for the annual Handango Champion Awards. The Handango Champion Awards recognize outstanding mobile software applications and developers. The 2004 Handango Champion Award finalists were chosen by customer votes and nominations from experts.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on June 24, 2004, at the Handango Partner Summit in San Diego, California. Awards will be presented for Symbian OS(TM), Java(TM), Palm OS®, Windows Mobile(TM) Pocket PC, Windows Mobile Smartphone and Linux applications in the following categories:

     --  Best Lifestyle                 --  Best Medical
     --  Best Education
