PhatWare Corp. announced the release of PhatNotes 4.6 Lite, Standard, and Professional Editions. PhatNotes is a five-time award-winning notes organizer for Microsoft Windows-based Pocket and Desktop PCs that allows users to create notes and organize them by type, subject, creation, and modification date.
