On Monday during our Mobile Tech Roundup Meetup Kevin Tofel and Dave Zatz and I were previewing Sling Medias UMPC skin via SlingPlayer 1.2 (beta) . To support the UMPCs
touch screen, Sling provides oversized UI elements for easy control via
finger or stylus. The skin is quite attractive and Im actually
enjoying it on a standard laptop. Sling Media VP Jeremy Toeman
indicates this first version of UMPC support is slated for an imminent
release. A big thank you goes to Dave Zatz of Zatznotfunny and Jeremy Toeman of Slingmedia for giving us the opportunity.
What you are watching is the Slingbox which enables you to watch your TV programming from wherever you are by turning virtually any Internet-connected PC into your personal TV.
