CoPilot Live for the Motorola Q

ALK delivers the best GPS experience to the Motorola Q

The past week I have been using CoPilot Live for the Motorola Q and I have to say it is as good as or even better than my TomTom Go 300 unit. One of my biggest concerns was if the unit would run slow and or very slow with route corrections. This weekend I made 6 trips with numerous different changes in my route to see how the CoPilot reacted. Pleasantly suprised this unit responded quickly and effectively. In our next podcast I will speak about why CoPilot for the Motorola Q is now my #1 choice for navigation..

I am curious how this works with the Verizon 6700. I am looking for a good Blue Tooth GPS solution.

Yup I agree totally those would definitely be nice for sure! ALK does some fantastic work and I was pleasantly suprised by the quality.
I have had the CoPilot Live Q Edition for about a week. It does effectively re-route you if you change the recommended route, as you say. The two things that I think would make it even better would be real-time traffic updates and weather updates. Those are "wish list" items though and in no way do they detract from the package.

I purchased the CoPilot GPS BT receiver and it connects very quickly and automatically with the Q. I found it easier to load the map data onto my 2GB miniSD card from the included CD so I could keep all of my music files with my maps and rock out during my daily commute or on long trips.

I did the competitive upgrade from TomTom 5 - it was well worth it!
