Toshiba Model 1089 or Zune?

What we are referencing is some new FCC documents showing want looks identical to Zune but is going under the name Toshiba Model 1089. Either way this unit will have 802.11 and apparently will let you see what your pals are playing. Either way this unit looks a tad big for me and quite honestly what OS is goin in the Zune? Also the pics look as if they were taken with a camera phone.. UGHH.. Well if you are interested go checkout the FCC info.
