Crossbow leaked...

Over the past six weeks a rom has been floating around for the HTC Universal. Previously Microsoft has cracked down on these sites but it looks like the ROM's are being distributed at a large level. We once again were able to find the ROM and install the latest 1/15 Rom to our HTC Universal.

The leaked version specs: WM6PreRelease.rar (54177kb) Build date 1/12/2006 (15341.4.2.0) Rom 2.00.02.pv / External Rom 2.02 PDAVIET

Theres also a second one WM6CB.rar weighing in at 59608kb for the MDA Pro / Universal or qtec 9000 that one is older than the above mentioned leak.

SPEED is key! WM5 is so slow its a chore to use my phone! Im sure WM6 with its extra bloat will be the same way. Apple does not allow 3rd party software im sure its to keep support down and speed up!
And where can we find it and downlaod to test it?
You know what I see, I see a product like XP. It has had some service packs come out and a new media center edition, but nothing really new. I think it is going to take "vista like" changes to really make WM contend with the iPhone. Just my opinion.
Lol!!! interstink you are funny. I can say it runs much faster but not much change.
WOW! Simply amazing! Watch out Apple, looks like the iPhone has nothing on Crossbow. Those icons just pop off the screen!!! :)
Icons look somewhat sharper but other than that, would an upgrade, if ever made available, really be worth it?
Nothing much to see here as expected. As I said before, Crossbow will mean more to smartphone owners.
