SGH-i607 (BlackJack) ROM Update

Samsung has recently released a software update for the BlackJack, which is recommended to be installed. This update should enhance roaming capabilities, especially Internationally. In addition, there are cosmetic user interface changes (several icons have been changed) contained within the update. The update will take about 10 minutes to complete if the system is already set up.

Any idea where to get the modem drivers for XP besides the CD? I'm in Texas this week with no access to the CD...
Thanks for the info, I will hold off on this then, I am not willing to start over until they have an update that actually does something.
Tac this Rom uppdate is a joke. Personally they say it fixes international roaming? Comon thats just corporate lawyers excuse on how they need t get the new ATT branding out.

Jerry yes it wipes the device totally clean and it is a big pain...
Dave,

Once you have some time with this ROM, please let the rest of us know if this is even worth the time or not.

TAC
Did the ROM update wipe the device?
Wow, that must of been a disappointment....
Ok here is the scoop! 1.5 hours later. This ROM update is NOT compatible with Vista so if you only have Vista dont bother.

Second so far the only darn things I notice is a new AT&T bootup screen and an icon that says ATT Mail? Which brings you to the buy tones, etc screen..

Waste!
