Q: I keep getting a Connection Error. Live Search can’t seem to connect to the network. Why?
A: Try changing your TCP Settings on your BlackBerry under Options or Advanced Options. Contact your wireless service provider for your carrier’s specific TCP configuration.
Q: I have a SureType Keyboard, but I can’t use SureType on the home search screen. Can I fix this?
A: Currently, we do not support SureType on the home search screen. You can enable Suretype from the New Location page though. We at looking at adding full SureType support for future releases.
Q: Is there a shortcut key to Zoom In or Out on a map?
A: If you have a QWERTY keyboard, zoom in with the “I” key and zoom out with the “O” key. On a SureType Keyboard, use the 9 key to zoom in and the 7 key to zoom out.
