HTC Shift gets a price of $1,500

It looks like Expansys and Dynamism have released pricing on the HTC Shift. From what it shows the unit will be priced at a price tag of $1,499.95.. What I find interesting is that this unit reminds me of the DualCor cPC.. Since I worked at DualCor for 9 months it seems weird why HTC hasn't been speaking about the Windows Mobile portion of the Shift in any of their marketing material? Wonder why?

If it is going to be housing Vista Business, it really needs a bigger HDD.
Hopefully it does make and receive calls. However, even if it does not it appears to be the best umpc to date, depending on the final reviews/performance etc.
So.... does it make and receive calls or not?
Maybe because it is just a gimmik, it doesn't function like a mobile phone like the DualCor cPc did, you still need to carry your windows mobile phone with you if you want to do anything you would do on a $10 phone.
