AT&T changes fee policy for customer contracts

AT&T Inc (T.N), the biggest U.S. mobile service, said on Tuesday that it will  reduce some fees for customers who exit phone contracts before they are completed, in an effort to offer users more flexibility

AT&T said customers who choose to exit their contracts early will no longer be required to pay a flat early termination fee, but instead will pay based upon the amount of time that has passed since the contract was signed.

In addition, existing customers who change their level of service will not be required to extend their current agreement or sign up for a new one.

I believe I have been ripped off by ATT mobile. I see as far back as 2007 att is reducing charges for early exit, that was not offered to me as a customer, I have talked to ATT rep to no avail talked to two supervisors on same day no luck and felt I was just passed around same room of reps not a supervisor. account has been sent to collections. I am P.O.

Also had a rider contract. They placed that contract as Main Contractor, how wrong can that be?
