Eh... is it Lord Waders little brother or something?
From the article:

"Hui-ming Cheng, confirmed that these phones will be available to customers before Christmas."

What actually happens has yet to be seen, but currently HTC is definitely indicating that the device will be out to consumers before Christmas.

The article says "launched" which with HTC typically means officially announced to the press. I think we're all aware how long it can be after HTC "launches" a product before it can be purchased, especially in North America. Let's hope they get it out by 2009!
Blue, HTC just recently announced that they are track for a late 2008 release.

There are rumors that HTC has pushed back the introduction of any Android specific device into 2009. Considering that Google support for Andriod has cooled somewhat of late and the question of how HTC will sell U.S. Carriers on the idea of an open platform phone, no need for App stores or "carrier approved" stamps on applications, gives this rumor legs.
Looks promising, but I am curious to see the speed of the OS, how it reacts with 3rd party apps, etc. Keyboard slide seems a little odd. But in the end promising.
I did notice that JN, I am wondering how much of that is just the difficulty in trying to demo one handedly using corner of thumb.
Yep, bad video quality. Anyone notice how the "hands" had to press the screen a couple of times to get something to happen?

Don't really like how it opens into the qwerty.
Video quality is very poor. Hard to have any thoughts about something I can't see!
