I would be happy to jump on the show to discuss why I decided to move to the iPhone. Dave, let me know if that is ok with you.

I have asked the WM Developer Team to join us on the show. They asked for my email address and we will see if they will join.

To answer the question about who would buy the TP2 on Tmobile, the answer is me. If it supports Tmobile 3G, it'll be great. On the flip side, by the time I get 3G, everyone else will be on LTE.

The fact that resubmitting an app that fails testing the first time counting against those 5 submissions isn't really new. It had been stated that the Marketplace is based on Mobile2Marke, and the same rule existed there (only it cost 400 USD to submit instead of 99 USD). If nothing else it will cut back on people superfluously submitting an app without thoroughly ensuring it meets certification guidelines.

JNGOLD!!! iPhone! That is the real story!

Ya see, here is where the disinformation starts up. When people excuse Apple issues by suggesting that they have only been at it for 3 years....LOL As if...
Apple has been working on the mobile market Since 1989 when Newton was first introduced, it flopped 9 years later was put out to pasture, then brought back in by Jobs and redeveloped as the iPod OS. From that point on they have been studying and watching how MS, Palm and Nokia do it, trying their darndest to emulate or one up the other mobile platforms as they become more effective and stable.
Then, after a considerable amount of again watching (much the way they admitted to trying to figure out how WM devices do multi-tasking) how other platforms work with multi-tasking they fall short yet again with lame excuses that do not pan out regarding the battery life. Incidently, they pulled out that EXACT same excuse when they failed at releasing a 3G device out of the gate.
There ya have it. Apple, the company that has been working on mobile technology just as long as everyone else, if not longer, and still trying to catch up as a truly equivalant competitor to the current leaders in the converged mobile arena. A more realistic perspective of Apple's "innovation" or lack there-of.
Here's an interesting thought, which is more stable now, iPhone 3.0 Beta or WM 6.5 Beta? Things that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmm...
