Palm Pre has landed at Mobility Today

The most fun I have had with a phone in a long time...

Today I was one of the very few to get my hands on a new Palm Pre review unit and I have to say I am very excited! I haven't been this excited for a long time about a phone and I can tell you so far with my 4 hours of usage is "WOW"! The Pre has some serious potential to become a major thorn in Microsoft, Nokia and Apple.. The Pre so far has been fun and intuitive. I am going to write a pretty thorough review and I know our very own editor Michael Herald will be on line tomorrow to get his! The next two weeks we will be doing some serious blogging about the Palm Pre and also a special edition podcast where Michael and I discuss the pro's and con's of the Pre..

So for those who don't have one here is the intro video once you setup your Palm Pre. I have to say the colors of this video are beautiful and show fantastic on the screen of the Pre. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

I got mine!!! Actually, got three of em. So far is has been a good experience. But, only 2 hours of usage so far. Teaching my technically challenged wife will be the real test!!
Yes, it's going to be a fun and interesting week for sure! I will be at the Sprint Store tomorrow early in the morning, so hopefully I will be able to walk out with one in my hands. After talking to Dave and reading other reviews, I am pretty confident that this will be a success for Palm. Anyways, like I said in my tweet..."bye bye windows mobile, hello webOS!"
