Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 is the latest sync software release for Windows Mobile-powered devices. ActiveSync provides a great synchronization experience with Windows®-powered PCs and Microsoft Outlook right out of the box.

Remember if your running Vista you do not need this.

I don't have that problem with mine. I am only using a 512MB card, not sure if that makes a difference.

what a pitty because the vista one stinks! it doesn't reconize the storage card on my Dash and i have been on the phone for two days now
