Video: Outdoors with the Blackberry Storm

In this video we take the Blackberry Storm outside and compare the screens to see how it stands up against the iPhone. We picked the iPhone for this test as it has won numerous awards for its outdoor viewing capability. Take a look and let us know what you think.

it would have been nice to see the same video on both machines... any luck there?

same vid, same fps, both at full brightness, both same distance, etc...

Helmet cam?

I'm trying to exercise self control with going and getting one. My 8130 is just a year old. But we'll see. Maybe I won't be an early adopter and let some others deal with the pain of a new product/technology.

From looking at this video, the iPhone looks just as bright or even brighter than the Storm. It also looks faster in and out of applications as you push the home bottom and the like. Dave you seem more positive on the Storm than other critics. Most folks are saying the moving screen is a gimmick, and the novelty wears off fast.
