Hey guys....I hate to tell you this...but your iPhone's blow. I have been in Shea Stadium several times this year as well as a stop in Coney Island and each time had a 5 bar HSDPA signal. Face it guys, the hardware used in the latest gen iPhone is definately not up to snuff.
Second, I actually find using my WM device more convienient that using a iPhone (basing my opinion now of course on using a Touch). With the combination of HiNavigator for program and settings launching, email, and sms access in addition to having SBSH Pocket Breeze and having the original touch flow I flip activation for contacts, more program launching capability, and pictures and multimedia, I would have to say using a WM device is just as easy as using a iPhone. Plus, I don't have any lag when pulling up contacts using Vito's FunContact. :)

I consider WM device is now the ultimate PDA device as most of people are aware. Nokia is hugh in Europe is simply because it's camera function as well as marketing effect. Every phone retailers advertise them and provide great discount in Europe. You see Nokia N95 advertisement everywhere you visit. Nokia phones can also be easilly to sell for those people who want a phone only. They simply equip S60 to every phones and sell them as a phone.
As a long time WM device user, I dont find swtiching to iPhone 3G is killing. By the end of the day, it still works better and quicker than most of WM devices I have ever used. Although I must admit, HTC with TouchFlo 3D in Touch Pro is slowly closing the gap.
Great show by the way but sometimes the issue isnt that relevant from a London listener.

Dave you ask about why we accept all of the BS that Apple is giving the public, and you bring up a good point. The fact of the matter is people accept this poor quality from ALL the technology vendors out there.
I have been talking about this forever, we need to demand more and not give hard earned money away to companies that act in this way. It is the only way to reign in the quality, simply pay for that and not the hype. The more people pay for the hype the less quality they get, bottom line.
I totally disagree with the assesment of the Treo Pro, the front facing QWERTY is a total personal preference. Some of my clients and I prefer the slide-out keyboard. Some of my clients prefer the front facing QWERTY, and some are good with a software keyboard. Total personal preference, not affecting functionality in the least with the exception of screen real estate being bigger without a software keyboard.
Steve, we really should not be reading email while driving. I mean really. lol ;P
