Really enjoyed the podcast. It's nice to hear a group at Microsoft actually cares about Windows Mobile. They have a lot of work ahead of them, but I look forward to see what comes of Windows Mobile 6.5 and the Marketplace.
don't know if any one saw this, but Lok had said the guidelines for the Marketplace would be well known to developers. They published the guidelines on Friday.
I really enjoyed listening to this show. I found it very interesting. Nice job guys
Everything I've seen of WM 6.5 shows Microsoft is listening to consumers and can respect what Apple has done to this market. I really like what WM 6.5 offers on the "Lock" screen which the iPhone can only do with 3rd party software. Also like being able to "drill" into application information right from the home screen (Today Screen).

This is exactly what Apple needs to see, some competition doing it right, showing some real improvements to the touch interface. After-all, with any device interface, it's all about how many clicks to get something done.

Physboy, I would agree... I hope they "get it done" before people forget WM exists.
Bummed that no one asked him about the WM Media experience and what MS plans to do for improving that. Otherwise it was a great experience to hear and get confirmation of what I already knew, which was that MS is on the right track to solving most of the current issues which plague the WM platform.

The question that I think is still on peoples' mind, is will MS get it done in time for the consumer Shark Jump?
