  6. How much does a typical song cost?

  8. Will it support Video downloads?
  9. How will updates be applied? Over the air?
  10. Talk a little about the sharing capabilities of Zune?
  11. Does Microsoft ever see changing the 3 days or 3 plays rule?
  12. Microsoft announced video downloads for the xbox 360 why didn’t they decide on allowing direct connection to the Zune for synchronizing?
  13. What percentage of Apple iPOD owners do you think will switch out of curiosity?
  14. What is Microsoft’s answer to the iPOD owner who made a significant investment into their iTunes Library but wants to switch to Zune?

Great interview Dave. Just from the interview alone, I know Zune isn't really anything special. Apple has nothing to worry about at the present time. However, that's not to say Apple can stand still.
Fantastic interview Dave, great info and topics! Makes me consider whether a Zune could be my next music player!
Great show Dave! It was nice that they got you a unit before the interview.
