We were just sent these clips from one of our readers which are a first glimpse into how fast the user interface is of the Palm Pre. Looking at these videos makes me think that Palm definitely has listened to the pain of the iPhone community. No one wants a laggy user interface!

From what I've seen in these videos, very nice. Has anyone mentioned if this new OS is backwards compatible with older Palm apps? The UI is sweet!
